Welcome to our family salon - where care runs deep and every client is treated like one of our own. We’re a multi-generational team who’ve grown up around hair. Whether you’re here for a quick trim or a full transformation, we bring warmth, skill, and a personal touch to every visit.

  • Founder + technician

    Maria-Elissa Jaggard began her career in 1990 by graduating from Raymond Academy in Vancouver, British Columbia. Maria graduated top of her class with Honors and was presented an achievement award. Further education, including Suki's Advanced Hair Academy, continued over the years. She continued advanced education in hair techniques, corrective work and acquired training in the field of hair replacement in 1992. She is a certified member of the American Hair Loss Council and a qualified hair specialist in good standing. During the years as a hair loss technician, she became recognized as a major contributor through services with clients, sales, as well as advanced training and development of other technicians. We believe that a true professional never stops learning. We attend advanced colour and cutting seminars regularly to stay up-to-date on new colours, techniques and styles.

    Maria's expertise and technical skills were apparent to everyone who sought her out. She became highly recommended and many clients started to hear about  her via word of mouth, referrals by medical doctors and hair salons throughout the Lower Mainland. In 2005, Maria-Elissa opened a family home-based Hair Loss Salon in Langley, BC. She has helped thousands of men, women and children regain their self-confidence and acquire their perfect image. Maria provides non-surgical hair replacement products and systems custom designed and produced with each clients' personality in mind.

  • Technician

    In 2010, Mitchell Jaggard completed his Cosmetology program and became certified as a hairdresser. He continues to advance his knowledge and skills through training programs such as Toni&Guy in Los Angeles, California. He is a member of the American Hair Loss Council and in good standing, a certified and active member as an Advanced Hair Loss Restoration Specialist. He now has over 10 years experience exclusively in the hair loss industry. Our clients’ just love Mitchell’s personality and attention to detail. Mitchell ensures that you’ll leave looking your best.

  • Salon manager

    Brian graduated with an Executive Masters Degree in Business from Simon Fraser University in 2000. He also acquired his full Hairdresser’s Certificate from David’s Salon Academy in 2012. Partnered with his wife Maria-Elissa, he has helped the salon to continue a successful business by updating the website continually with our amazing testimonials from our clients. He also handles most of the new consultations and has learned to make molds to help clients achieve a full head of hair. He is a member of the American Hair Loss Council, in good standing and a certified active member as an Advanced Hair Loss Restoration Specialist.
